Mixed Sweet Peppers 1lb

Also known as Veggie Sweets, these are pointed, sweet baby bell peppers, hothouse-grown with a uniform shape. Surprisingly mild and pleasantly crunchy, they have but a few tiny seeds and are great raw in salads or stir-fried. Mini Sweets are also perfect for halving and stuffing lightly, then serving baked as an appetizer. Try pan-searing them with sliced sweet onions in olive oil until blistered then finished off with aged balsamic vinegar. Available year round in single colors or tri colored packages.
